OASIcs
Important Information for Authors
  • Submissions will be managed through the EasyChair online system.
  • Accepted papers will be published in a printed or digital issue delivered during the conference, and online, in the OASIcs series.
  • Note that accepted papers' authors will need to supply an author agreement, under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported license (CC-BY 3.0).
  • During the submission you will be asked to choose from one of the three tracks: HCL, HHL, CCL. Nevertheless, organizers are specially interested in papers touching more than one of the three main tracks.
  • One or two best papers from HCL track will be selected to publish an extended version into Computer Languages, Systems and Structures.
  • The best papers from HHL and CCL tracks will be invited to publish an extended version into Computer Science and Information Systems.
  • Note that these extended versions will be subject to review by the respective journal editorial boards.

Both standard and short papers should be written in English, using the OASIcs template. For standard papers there is a limit of 16 pages. For short papers the page range is 6 to 8 pages. Please take note of the following suggestions:
  • Use pdflatex.
  • Use further LaTeX packages only if required.
  • Do not use a different main font. For example, usage of times package is forbidden.
  • Do not use abbreviations in author names.
  • Fill out the \subjclass and \keywords macros. For the \subjclass, please refer to the ACM classification here
  • Take care of suitable linebreaks and pagebreaks. No overfull \hboxes should occur in the warnings log.
  • Provide suitable graphics of at least 300dpi (preferrably in pdf format).
  • Use the provided sectioning macros: \section, \subsection, \subsection*, \paragraph, ...
  • Keep the standard style for the bibliography as provided by the oasics.cls style file.
  • Use a spellchecker to get rid of typos.
  • A manual for the LIPIcs style is available here.
